Learn some fabulous new vegetarian and vegan dishes using seasonal produce.
Working closely with our experienced instructor, Fiona McBeath, your young chef will be guided through the production of some classic foods.
Fiona has a wealth of experience in both teaching and cooking for the younger generation, and the session will include informative tips and the basic knowledge your child needs to create and produce nutritional food in a fun environment.
Fiona will explain the vital importance of kitchen safety and etiquette, before the children get a chance to make a delicious meal, on this Italian themed class, which includes:
- Bruschetta using fresh tomatoes, herbs & mozarella
- Bolognese Pasta Bake
All ingredients will be provided and they'll take away lots of new skills and printed recipe sheets.
We'll provide an apron to work in but if you'd prefer them to have their very own, high-quality, embroidered YORK Cookery School apron, they are available to buy. Simply add one to your order and we can post it to you or just give it to them when they come to the class.
