Although you don't need prior experience of the particular skills, general kitchen knowhow is required for this fairly intensive course.
Not only do you get to take home your delicious creations, you'll have the recipes and information for future use.
Recipes will include use of allergens SOY, NUTS (perhaps SULPHITES, PEANUTS and GLUTEN/WHEAT, SESAME).
Kitchen handles milk and egg. AZO colours and small amounts of alcohol in some recipes will also be used.
White card boxes will be supplied, but you are encouraged to bring something more substantial, eg several Tupperware boxes.
