Vegan Chocolates Course

Love filled chocolates but would prefer to investigate a variety of vegan options? From hand dipped/enrobed chocolates to moulded chocolates and truffles, this course offers a delicious range let by Shona Sutherland and Andrew Thwaite using:

  • Ganache
  • Pate de fruit
  • Gianduja
  • Gels
  • Marzipan

and other mediums, all made on the day!

Not only do you get to take home your delicious creations you'll have the recipes and information for future use.

While it is vegan recipes that have been formulated for this course, the skills/recipes can also be adapted to suit non-vegans too.  Information on tempering will be given throughout the day.

While no prior chocolate skills are necessary, general kitchen knowhow is required for this interesting and busy course.

Recipes will include use of allergens SOY, NUTS (perhaps PEANUTS and GLUTEN/WHEAT, SESAME). Kitchen handles milk and egg. AZO colours and small amount of alcohol in some recipes will also be used.

Professional packaging is supplied.
