While it is vegan recipes that have been formulated for this course, the skills/recipes can also be adapted to suit non-vegans too. Information on tempering will be given throughout the day.
While no prior chocolate skills are necessary, general kitchen knowhow is required for this interesting and busy course.
Recipes will include use of allergens SOY, NUTS (perhaps PEANUTS and GLUTEN/WHEAT, SESAME). Kitchen handles milk and egg. AZO colours and small amount of alcohol in some recipes will also be used.
