We're delighted to welcome Katy Beskow back to the school again, where she’ll be teaching a range of classes focused on vegan & vegetarian dishes as well as sharing lots of recipes, ideas and tips.

This class is for anyone who wants variety in their cooking, using local and seasonal produce. You will cook five delicious dishes that you'll be able to recreate confidently at home and learn how to plan and cook the perfect vegan feast. With seasonal variations, they may include:

  • Butternut, maple and lemon tagine
  • Freekah-stuffed Ramiro peppers
  • Caramelised fig and walnut salad
  • Rhubarb and orange blossom crumble
  • Lemon and rosemary olive oil shortbread

You'll be provided with an apron to work in and printed recipe sheets so you can make notes (should you wish to) and take them home with you. We’ll also provide you with some useful contacts for sourcing equipment and supplies.

You'll be working in pairs, so why not bring a friend with you and have a fun day out!! Refreshments will be available throughout the class.
