Vegan & Vegetarian - Spring veg box with Katy Beskow

Our wonderful chef/tutor, Katy Beskow, is back to help you to learn some fabulous new vegetarian and vegan dishes using seasonal produce.

A fantastic way to expand to your culinary repertoire, all of the new dishes you will learn would be excellent to serve and show off your new-found skills when entertaining family and friends.

Typical dishes include:

  • Smokey harissa aubergine
  • Fennel gratin
  • Courgette and pea fritters
  • Grilled peach, balsamic strawberry and watercress salad
  • Raspberry and rose crumble

You'll be provided with an apron to work in and printed recipe sheets so you can make notes (should you wish to) and take them home with you. We’ll also provide you with some useful contacts for sourcing equipment and supplies.

You'll be working in pairs, so why not bring a friend with you and have a fun day out!! Refreshments will be available throughout the class.
