Join our expert chef, Dan Graham on a journey of discovery of the tastes and flavours of traditional Greek dishes. Dan will share many hints and tips, whilst guiding you through the wide variety of culinary delights which make up Greek cuisine.
On this class, you'll be making a selection of dishes on this class, including;
- Traditional Moussaka
- Lamb Kleftiko
- Greek salad
- Pitta bread
- Tzatziki & Hummus
All ingredients are provided as well as recipe sheets to take away at the end of the session.
We'll provide an apron to work in but if you'd prefer to have your very own, high-quality, embroidered YORK Cookery School apron, they are available to buy. Simply add one to your order and we can post it to you or just give it to you when you come to the class.
