Come and join our expert chef, Dan Graham, on this special Game Masterclass.
You'll learn a whole host of hints and tips as Dan teaches you how to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes using the best, seasonal, local game available.
Working in our purpose-built, fully-equipped kitchen you'll be preparing and cooking your dishes, sampling as you go.
The game season will be in full swing with a range of game to choose from. The dishes you'll prepare will depend on what is available locally, at the time, with options likely to include:
For lunch, you'll be able to sit down and enjoy some of the dishes you've already created before heading back into the kitchen to prepare the remainder of your recipes which you'll be able to take away and share with family and friends.
All ingredients are provided as well as recipe sheets to take away at the end of the session.
We'll provide an apron to work in but if you'd prefer to have your very own, high-quality, embroidered YORK Cookery School apron, they are available to buy. Simply add one to your order and we can post it to you of just give it to you when you come to the class.
