Pasta and Sauces

Join Fiona McBeath in creating a variety of delicious pastas and sauces. Make homemade pasta and create tagliatelle with homemade green pesto.  Then make a ravioli stuffed with butternut squash and parmesan served with fried sage and sundried tomato butter. Also learn three ways with a roux sauce.
