Join us at our open evening for a night of food and wine with demonstrations from some of our awesome chef/tutors.
We'll have mulled wine available for those not driving, as well as tea and coffee and you'll be able to sample the chef/tutors' creations as they're made.

With our expert tutor, Dan Graham, you’ll discover the background of a variety of Thai, Malay & Indonesian dishes that you’ll be preparing and cooking. Sumptuous flavours and aromas too good to miss!
Our resident cake designer and creator of all things sweet, Kate Clarkson, will demonstrate and teach the techniques required to make several different flavours of macaron.
Come and join expert tutor, Jaswant Mehra and learn the skills and techniques to create a number of fabulous Indian dishes.
