ONE DAY Vegan Chocolate Course With Shona Sutherland

Not only do you get to take home your delicious creations, you’ll have the recipes and information for future use. Information on tempering will be given throughout the day.
While no prior chocolate skills are necessary, general kitchen knowhow is required for this interesting and busy course.
Recipes will include use of allergens soy, nuts (perhaps peanuts and gluten/wheat, sesame). Kitchen handles milk and egg. AZO colours and small amounts of alcohol in some recipes will also be used.
