How to order a YORK Cookery School gift voucher

A personalised gift voucher for the YORK Cookery School makes the ideal gift for enthusiastic cooks of all abilities.

The amount you choose to spend is entirely up to you; many choose to buy a voucher to the value of a class they think the recipient may like. Starting from £10, you can select an amount you'd prefer to spend and they can use it in full or part-payment towards a class of their choosing.

When you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the voucher attached. You can then print the voucher yourself, or forward the email, with the voucher attached, directly to the recipient. (Please remember to check your spam folder.)

Vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase and can be redeemed by selecting a class from the class calendar on our website. They simply need to enter the unique reference number printed on the voucher, when prompted.

They can select any class from the calendar, even if the class is after the expiry date of the voucher, as long as they book the class, redeeming the voucher, before the six month time period is up. For example, if you purchase a voucher on August 1st, it will be valid to spend until February 1st the following year. They could select a class in May that year, as long as they book onto the class and redeem the voucher before February 1st.

The voucher can be used as full or part-payment for any of our classes, or, indeed, for multiple classes depending on the value of their voucher. If the full amount is not redeemed, a new voucher for the balance amount will be generated and sent to the email address of the person redeeming the voucher.
