You'll learn a whole host of hints and tips as Dan teaches you how to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes using the freshest, seasonal, local fish available.
Working in our purpose-built, fully-equipped kitchen you'll be preparing and cooking your dishes, sampling as you go.
The dishes you'll prepare will be dynamic and exciting, using all the best local and seasonal ingredients. The fish and seafood you're likely to be cooking will include:

For lunch, you'll be able to sit down and enjoy some of the dishes you've already created before heading back into the kitchen to prepare the remainder of your recipes which you'll be able to take away and share with family and friends.
All ingredients are provided as well as recipe sheets to take away at the end of the session.
