Easter Baking

Come and learn how to make delicious Easter delights with the wonderful Sandy Docherty, a published chef.  A Greet Street Pie made with ricotta, spinach and hard boiled eggs. As well as a Ricciarelli - a traditional Easter Italian biscuit made with egg white and ground almonds which can be dipped in chocolate to make it extra special and it also makes a great gift!
