Decorating Your Christmas Cake

On Sunday 6th November, learn how to cover a 7" square Christmas fruit cake (provided) with marzipan and make some modelling paste decorations. The following Sunday, 13th, you learn how to sugar paste your previously marzipaned fruit cake. You will be shown a variety of decorating techniques so you can finish your cake creation completely how you would like to.
