You will learn how to add to your chocolate range and create added value without a huge amount of more work! Upsell with a range of medients, lollipops, tasting squares, bars, rochers, snacking items, shards etc..
Students will produce a range of simple chocolate confectionery using fruits, nuts and inclusions that can be made quickly and effectively with the minimum of equipment.
Students will take home a selection of items produced along with full course notes, a recipe pack and a certificate of completion.
