Day 3 - How To Create The Perfect Truffle

Learn how to produce the perfect truffle, make the perfect ganache for piping, use of truffle spheres, butter truffles, splinter truffles, hand dipping and rolling and also a creation of different finishes.

How to speed up your truffle production - presentation of truffles.

This course is hands on and students will produce a range of truffles to take home as described above. Full course notes and recipes will be provided and there will be a Q and A session.
