Classic French Cuisine

Join our expert chef, Dan Graham and discover a variety of stunning French dishes, with amazing flavours and aromas too good to miss!. Dan will share many hints and tips to create some fanastic culinary delights to impress your family and friends.

In this class you will be making

  • a french onion soup with cheese croutons
  • Beef Bourgignon - a french classic
  • Gratin Dauphinoise
  • Paupiette of lemon sole cooked en papillote with white wine & julienne vegetables, lemon & dill beurre blanc

All ingredients are provided as well as recipe sheets to take away at the end of the session. 

We'll provide an apron to work in but if you'd prefer to have your very own, high-quality, embroidered YORK Cookery School apron, they are available to buy. Simply add one to your order and we can post it to you of just give it to you when you come to the class.
