Plant-based diets are becoming more and more popular so, even if you've not chosen to become a vegan or vegetarian, it's good to know how to cater for every guest. 

Learning about new foods is an adventure and we demistify a lot of the confusing and negative babble in the press. It's all about taking your cooking back to first principles and understanding what's in the food you eat whilst enjoying a fantastic cookery experience and getting the opportunity to savour to dishes you create.
