Stephanie Moon12

A Yorkshire farmer’s daughter who has trained and worked around the world, Stephanie Moon has more recently been part of the BBC’s Great British Menu for Comic Relief. Representing the North East, she not only impressed with her innovative style as well as her enthusiasm and passion for cooking but she went on to beat some of the competition and make it through to present her food to the judges at the end of the week.

Following a successful career as Executive Chef of Rudding Park, where she maintained two rosettes in the Clocktower Restaurant for over 8 years, Steph embarked on a new venture as a Chef Consultant where she has the opportunity to work with various catering companies and advise on food standards as well as develop new and exciting menus.

As a regular on the food show circuit, Steph has appeared in many media situations including TV, radio and in local press to perform cooking demonstrations, champion local produce and support food awards. Acting as Deliciously Yorkshire Champion, Steph continually supports and promotes Yorkshire food.

In addition to her role as Chef Consultant and with a wealth of catering experience, and Steph is now enjoying a new challenge as Chef Tutor at Leeds City College (Thomas Danby Campus).

A highly skilled and professional chef with over 20 years of experience at the highest levels of catering, Steph continues to strive for the highest standards.
