Linda Jameson

Linda has over 30 years’ experience in the art of sugar craft and chocolate work. After training at the renowned Thomas Danby college in Leeds, she moved on to Ainsley’s bakery where she continued to develop her considerable skills. 

Linda was team leader for over 10 years in the cake decorating department at the world-famous Yorkshire Bakery, Betty’s. During her career she has decorated cakes for many personalities including royalty. She also spent time in the chocolate department and applied many decorating techniques to the role of the Chocolatier, various positions throughout the years have allowed Linda to bring her decoration skills to new mediums, particularly chocolate.

Early in 2018, Linda fulfilled her lifelong dream of opening her own premises, where she can finally have free rein to let her unmatched creativity run wild. Lindy Lou Creations was born where clients can visit, see, and taste and buy stunning and unique creations from one of the world’s finest food artists.
