Florian Poirot
Florian started his apprenticeship as a pastry chef in the north east of France where he earned his master diploma in pastry. He worked at the Thiebaut patisserie shop (relais dessert) which is considered to be one of the best patisserie shops in the world. Read more
Simon Phillips
Simon has been involved with the world of sushi since having first tried it in France in 1996. Being involved with the food industry since leaving university, Simon decided to open a sushi production kitchen in Leeds in 2004. Read more

Sean has been a chef all of his working life. Having been brought up surrounded by food, with his father and grandfather being accomplished Italian chefs.
